John Flavell (in Santrock, 2003: 125) also mentions that the teen's ability to monitor effectively their social cognition is an important clue about their maturity and their social competence.
E. Factors Affecting Social Development
Human social development is influenced by several factors: the family, the maturity of the child, family economic status, education level, and the emotional and mental abilities, especially intelligence.

From the children themselves, their behavior will be a lot of attention to the normative condition that has been instilled by his family. In connection with that, in the social life of children will continue to "maintain" social and economic status of their families. In certain cases, the purpose of "keeping the family social status" that resulted in placing themselves in social interaction that is not right. This could result in further, that the child be "isolated" from the group. Another consequence they will form an elite group with its own norms.
d. Pendidikan
Education is a process of socialization of children targeted.
